PropParlay is an informational tool only. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or process bets of any kind. Nothing in the Service is a guarantee of any outcome.

Email address — only if you join our waitlist or contact us. We use it to send you product updates and to respond to you.
Usage & device data — standard technical information (device type, OS, app version, general region, and basic interaction events) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not require an account to use core features, and we do not knowingly collect financial or payment information.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To respond to support requests and send updates you've requested.
To monitor performance, prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the Service:

Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
Formspree — processing waitlist/contact form submissions.
The Odds API and ESPN — sources of sports odds, scores, and team imagery. These are data sources; we do not send your personal information to them.

Sharing & selling

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above as needed to operate the Service, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep waitlist and contact information until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed. You can request deletion at any time (see Contact).

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Age requirement

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices
